Augmont IPO booked 33.5x

The initial public offering (IPO) of Hy-Tech Engineers Limited has received strong demand on the third and final day of bidding. The issue was subscribed 33.59 times as of 12:31 PM on Wednesday, August 27. Investors placed bids for 60,95,79,453 shares against 1,81,45,406 shares offered, according to the latest NSE data.

The non-institutional investor (NII) portion saw the highest demand. It was subscribed 48.53 times. The retail portion was subscribed 45.07 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 0.70 times.

As of 12:31 PM, the NIIs bid for 19,13,56,959 shares against 39,43,418 shares reserved for the category. Retail investors placed bids for 41,47,19,520 shares against 92,01,308 shares offered. And QIBs bid for 35,02,974 shares against 50,00,680 shares reserved for them.

The Hy-Tech Engineers IPO is worth Rs 135.73 crore. The issue includes a fresh issue of 1.13 crore shares worth Rs 60 crore.

It also includes an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.43 crore shares worth Rs 75.73 crore.

The IPO opened on August 24 and will close on August 27. The allotment is expected to be finalised on August 28.

The shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date is September 1, 2026.

Price band and lot size
Hy-Tech Engineers has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 50 to Rs 53 per share. The face value of each share is Rs 5.

The lot size is 283 shares. Retail investors need to invest a minimum of Rs 14,999 at the upper price band of Rs 53.
