Hy-Tech IPO booked 147x

The initial public offering (IPO) of Hy-Tech Engineers continued to witness strong demand on the fourth and final day of bidding. As of 1:56 pm on August 27, 2026, the issue was subscribed 147.34 times, with investors placing bids for 2,67,35,25,904 shares against the total shares offered in the issue.

The Retail Individual Investors (RII) category was subscribed 135.50 times, with bids received for 1,24,67,55,651 shares against 92,01,308 shares reserved for the category.

The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 305.76 times, receiving bids for 1,20,57,52,064 shares against 39,43,418 shares reserved for the segment.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category received bids for 22,10,18,189 shares against 50,00,680 shares reserved for the category, making the subscription 44.20 times.

The Hy-Tech Engineers IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 135.73 crore. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.13 crore shares aggregating to Rs 60 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.43 crore shares worth Rs 75.73 crore.

The IPO price band has been fixed at Rs 50 to Rs 53 per share. The lot size is 283 shares, making the minimum investment for retail investors Rs 14,999 at the upper end of the price band.

The IPO opened for subscription on August 24 and will close on August 27, 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalised on August 28, while the shares are likely to list on the NSE and BSE on September 1, 2026.

New Berry Capitals Pvt Ltd is the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd is the registrar to the issue.

The total issue comprises 2,56,10,204 shares. Of these, 50 per cent or 1,28,05,102 shares are allocated to QIBs, 15 per cent or 38,41,531 shares to NIIs, and 35 per cent or 89,63,571 shares to retail investors.

Hy-Tech Engineers raised Rs 40.72 crore from anchor investors ahead of the IPO. The anchor bidding took place on August 21, 2026.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue for three key purposes:

Funding capital expenditure for procuring machinery and equipment for expansion at the Kavathe and Shirwal units, along with procurement for Pithampur Unit-I.

Prepayment or repayment, fully or partly, of certain outstanding borrowings.

Hy-Tech Engineers Ltd is an engineering company engaged in designing, manufacturing and supplying hydraulic fittings for industrial applications. The company has more than four decades of experience in the hydraulics industry and offers over 11,000 SKUs, including DIN-metric fittings, JIC fittings, O-Ring Face Seal fittings, conversion fittings and customised hydraulic fittings.

The company follows a B2B business model and serves domestic and international markets through direct sales, authorised distributors and distribution partners. Its products are used across sectors including construction machinery, automobiles, farming machinery, injection moulding machines and hydraulic systems.

Hy-Tech Engineers also has certifications for railway and defence purposes. Until March 31, 2026, Hy-Tech Engineers had made its presence felt in the international market in countries like the US, Belgium, Poland, Russia, Brazil, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Hungary, UAE, Thailand, and Germany.
